Director of Client Services
We are looking for a hands-on, entrepreneurial, and analytical Director Client Services to join our agency client’s executive team and lead client strategy and project delivery. You will manage a team of Account Directors and Managers to ensure client satisfaction, drive business growth, and coordinate with internal teams as well as external partners to deliver successful campaigns within NFP sectors.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and support the client service team in campaign delivery across various operational units, including fundraising operations, data management, digital strategy, creative development, mail production, payment processing, and financial oversight, ensuring campaigns are profitable, timely, and meet client expectations.
- Cultivate new and existing client relationships, including proposal development and strategic planning.
- Oversee client communications, reporting, issue resolution, and administration.
- Contribute to the company’s annual budget development and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Stay current with sector trends and collaborate with the executive team to maintain industry leadership.
Qualifications:
- Team management experience with at least five years in fundraising including tele-fundraising
- Strong multitasking, communication, and people management skills.
- Proficient in Excel for budgeting and data analysis.
- Action-oriented with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
