Graphic Designer (Remote, Ad Hoc Support)

Overview
We’re looking to build a reliable bench of reliable, experienced permalance Graphic Designers to support our corporate client’s ad hoc design needs throughout the year. This is a fully remote opportunity ideal for designers with burstable capacity who enjoy jumping in to support fast-moving teams, polishing existing materials, and creating clean, effective visuals for sales and leadership audiences.

This role is best suited for designers who are highly organized, comfortable working within established brand systems, and confident executing independently with minimal oversight.

Key Responsibilities

  • Format and design sales one-pagers, pitch materials, and presentation visuals

  • Create icons, infographics, diagrams, and flow visuals to support storytelling

  • Build new PowerPoint presentation templates or update existing ones to ensure consistency and brand alignment

  • Refresh existing collateral with minor design updates or visual improvements

  • Resize and adapt assets for multiple channels, including:

    • Email headers

    • Social tiles

    • Banners

  • (Bonus) Support simple video editing or motion graphics for short internal or sales clips

Required Skills & Experience

  • Strong graphic design fundamentals with a polished, professional aesthetic

  • Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint (required)

  • Experience working with sales, marketing, or leadership-facing materials

  • Ability to work quickly and accurately within established brand guidelines

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Comfortable taking direction and delivering independently

  • Reliable availability for short bursts of work throughout the year

Nice to Have

  • Experience with motion graphics or light video editing

  • Familiarity with B2B or client-facing design environments

Engagement Details

  • Contract / permalance basis only

  • Work volume will vary based on business needs; flexibility is key
