We’re hiring a Group Account Director for a leading Advertising Agency! Dreaming of working on a luxury automotive account with robust advertising budgets, then look no further! This GAD will be responsible for ensuring that the client receives the most insightful, creative, comprehensive and integrated marketing solutions possible based on their strategic guidance.

Working with an exciting luxury automotive brand, this person will play an integral role in overseeing the activity associated with their business to ensure measurable and optimal business impact for the client.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that the team is delivering on its promise to build the client’s brand, business and reputation
  • Warrant that the agency’s work is a reflection of expertise, and that contributions from the Creative Director and all SMEs has been sought out
  • Oversee the strategic direction of the business; development and execution of annual communication and account plans
  • Help to build the client’s business and generate new strategies for the agency-client partnerships
  • Identify and lead new business/organic growth opportunities
  • Inspire and mentor the team to strive for award winning creative
  • Oversee financials and have responsibility for revenue forecasting and achievement
  • Manage overall relationship with key clients; leading client meetings, gaining trust and respect and strategic guidance

Experience:

  • 15+ years of Account Management experience working at a tier one agency
  • Strong expertise in integrated mass campaigns with a broadcast focus
  • Proven experience leading and building teams
  • Previous experience working with luxury automotive clients
  • Proven track record of building long-term client relationships
  • Passion for the automotive sector and luxury brands!
