Growth Marketing Manager 

Location: Hybrid – 2 days/week in Mississauga)
Type: Full-Time

The Opportunity

We’re looking for a data-savvy, performance-driven Growth Marketing Manager to lead our client’s customer acquisition efforts and help fuel the next phase of their growth in rural Canadian markets. As their Growth Marketing Manager, you’ll take ownership of new customer acquisition across Canada, identifying priority markets and launching high-impact, multi-channel campaigns. You’ll combine strategic market research, channel performance analysis, and campaign execution to fill and strengthen the sales pipeline with quality leads. Your work will directly influence customer growth and revenue in both residential and small business segments.

What You’ll Do

Market Research & Targeting

  • Analyze regional markets across Canada to identify top growth opportunities

  • Research competitor activity, saturation, and consumer trends in residential and SMB energy markets

  • Prioritize markets based on opportunity size, competitive dynamics, and alignment with business goals

Campaign Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and launch lead generation campaigns tailored to national and priority markets

  • Own creative strategy and offers for direct mail, OOH (billboards), email, radio, and TV

  • Align closely with the sales team to ensure campaign quality and message-market fit

Performance Analysis & Optimization

  • Track lead volume, quality, and conversion rates by channel

  • Monitor cost per acquisition (CPA) and optimize spend allocation across channels

  • Build and maintain real-time campaign dashboards in Salesforce for visibility across teams

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with Sales, Product, and Regional teams to align growth efforts

  • Manage agency and vendor relationships where necessary for campaign production and media buying

  • Present campaign results, insights, and recommendations to leadership regularly

What You Bring

  • 4–6+ years of experience in growth marketing, customer acquisition, or demand generation

  • Proven track record launching and optimizing multi-channel campaigns (direct mail, OOH, email, TV, etc.)

  • Experience with Salesforce and dashboard/report creation

  • Strong analytical mindset – you’re comfortable digging into data, calculating CPAs, and identifying what works

  • Background in market research or segmentation a strong asset

  • Self-starter with a bias toward action and results
