We are seeking an Intermediate Copywriter with 2–4 years of agency experience to join a dynamic and collaborative team. This role offers the opportunity to work on a diverse portfolio of clients across multiple sectors, including CPG, financial services, retail, fashion, and gaming. The ideal candidate has strong experience in social media, digital campaigns, CRM, video, and advertising, with a knack for crafting engaging copy that resonates across platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Interpret creative briefs and develop compelling concepts and copy that align with campaign objectives.

  • Collaborate closely with creative, production, strategy, and client services teams to produce high-quality work across channels.

  • Work on a range of deliverables, including digital campaigns, social media content, CRM materials, and video scripts.

  • Manage projects effectively, meeting deadlines and exceeding client expectations.

  • Present ideas confidently and adjust based on feedback to ensure alignment with brand and client goals.

Qualifications

  • 2–4 years of experience as a copywriter in an agency environment.

  • A strong portfolio showcasing digital, social, and CRM campaigns, with examples of cross-sector work.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on crafting clear, impactful, and engaging copy.

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, multi-disciplinary environment.

  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Enthusiasm for exploring diverse industries and developing innovative ideas tailored to various audiences.

  • Experience working with Canadian and global brands.

  • Familiarity with emerging digital trends and platforms.
