We’re partnering with a top Toronto-based agency that’s on the hunt for an Intermediate Creative Team (Social), a dynamic duo (art + copy) with strong conceptual thinking, platform expertise, and production know-how. Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute social-first content strategies across a range of client brands

Create and maintain content calendars, aligned with broader campaign goals and brand tone

Concept and produce engaging social content including copy, images, short-form video, illustrations, and layouts

Manage content publishing on various social platforms and monitor performance

Actively engage with audiences: respond to comments, DMs, and consumer inquiries across channels

Build and manage relationships with influencers and internal ambassadors for special initiatives

Plan and execute influencer campaigns, from briefing to content delivery

Present concepts and content to clients and internal teams, gathering feedback and securing approvals

Ensure brand consistency across social and traditional platforms

Provide creative direction and editing support on content developed by partners or collaborators
The Ideal Team:

3–5 years of experience in social media content creation and campaign execution (ideally as a team)

A strong creative eye paired with sharp copy skills, bonus if one of you leans video/illustration and the other excels at voice and tone

Deep familiarity with social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.) and their evolving features

A portfolio that showcases concept development, storytelling, and production across formats

Confident presenters who can take client feedback in stride and bring fresh thinking to the table

Proactive, collaborative, and solution-oriented, you love getting hands-on and pushing creative boundaries
