Position Overview:
We are seeking a Content Marketing Manager to join our financial client on a full-time, permanent basis. You will be responsible for managing a team of content marketers and overseeing the delivery of high-quality content across various channels. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of financial markets, a proven track record in content strategy, and the ability to lead a team to deliver impactful content. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy for different lines of business, and ensure alignment with business goals and target audience needs.
  • Drive the creation of engaging and relevant content across multiple platforms, including website, articles, email, video.
  • Lead and mentor a team of writers, marketers, and more. 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive and consistent messaging.
  • Maintain and enhance the brand voice and messaging consistency across all content channels.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with broader marketing initiatives. 
  • Optimize content for search engines to improve organic visibility.
  • Monitor and analyze content performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Ensure all content adheres to industry regulations and compliance standards.
  • Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to review and approve content as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • 5+ years proven experience in content marketing within the financial services industry, with 2+ years in a people management role.
  • Strong understanding of financial markets, products, and industry trends.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and implementing content strategies that drive engagement and conversion.
  • Proficient in SEO best practices and content performance analysis.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
