Manager, Growth Acquisition
We’re looking for a Manager, Growth Acquisition to build and scale a full-funnel customer acquisition engine for a leading fintech brand. This is a high-impact role focused on driving new customer growth across digital, partner, and owned channels.
This is a long-term contract with strong potential to convert to full-time, offering the opportunity to shape acquisition strategy end-to-end in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
What You’ll Do
- Own and execute a full-funnel acquisition strategy across paid search, paid social, web, and emerging channels (e.g., referrals)
- Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of campaigns — from planning and creative briefing through to launch, optimization, and reporting
- Partner closely with merchant strategy teams to ensure alignment and effective promotion across partner channels (e.g., electronics, home, retail, and jewellery)
- Oversee and optimize the performance of the website, ensuring a seamless and high-converting customer journey
- Manage external agency partners responsible for media buying, while challenging and optimizing strategy to drive stronger outcomes
- Own media budget planning and allocation, adjusting spend based on real-time performance and market conditions
- Analyze campaign performance, extract insights, and continuously optimize for high-quality customer acquisition (LTV, ROI)
- Build and maintain reporting dashboards, and present performance updates to stakeholders, including monthly and quarterly executive reviews
- Leverage tools such as Contentful to build, test, and iterate on digital experiences and campaigns
- Optimize the new customer onboarding journey (first 30 days) to drive activation and early purchase behavior
What You Bring
- 5+ years of experience in growth, performance marketing, or digital media, ideally within a fast-paced agency or startup environment
- Proven ability to plan and execute acquisition strategies across multiple channels
- Strong analytical skills, with experience translating data into actionable insights and optimizations
- Experience managing agency partners and media budgets
- Comfortable operating as a “player-coach” — scrappy, hands-on, and solutions-oriented
- Ability to balance a bias for action with realistic planning and execution timelines
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with experience presenting to senior leadership
- Experience in financial organizations is preferred, though candidates with strong retail or e-commerce backgrounds will also be considered
Details
- Contract: 20 months (with potential to convert to full-time)
- Start Date: July 2026
- Compensation: $115,000 – $125,000 annually
- Benefits: Health & dental + vacation pay
- Work Model: Hybrid — 3 days/week in office
