Manager, Paid Media

We’re looking for a Manager, Paid Media to join our growing agency client! Our client is a leading global full-funnel media agency dedicated to delivering transformative results. With expertise spanning SEO, paid media, creative production, analytics, and local optimization, they combine the brightest minds with innovative technology to deliver seamless, forward thinking strategies.
As the Manager of Paid Media, you will buy, build and execute integrated media programs for their key clients.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with account service teams to consistently exceed client expectations
- Coach junior team members of the media team as assigned, providing guidance and learning opportunities
- Buying, building and management of integrated media campaigns across multiple channels
- Monitor and manage multiple client programs as they relate to program goals and objectives
- Proactively expand and improve media efforts based on client business needs
- Provide ongoing analysis of ad campaigns, as well as regular and ad-hoc reporting on campaign status to management and account service teams
- Support account team on client calls with technical campaign information and strategic insights
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of media experience
- Proven experience in SEM, paid social, programmatic, and media buying including CTV, DOOH, and OOH
- Someone who understands the TV market, both digital and offline, including the TV buying process. Bonus points for familiarity with local Quebec markets
- Comfortable with both digital media and offline advertising
- Exceptional communication skills in both English and French, willingness and ability to create thought leadership
- A tech-savvy thinker who has strong expertise in digital media platforms (Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, The Trade Desk, Campaign Manager), analytics tools (Google Analytics, Adobe), and bid management platforms (SA360)
This is for a Montreal based agency and would require 2-3 days onsite per week.
