Reporting into the Founders, the Marketing/Brand Designer will be responsible for owning the visual identity of the brand. You will be responsible for supporting the re-brand and overall marketing strategy to bring the brand to life through all visual elements.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with digital and creative agencies across various branding and marketing initiatives
- Create all visual elements that will live across print and digital deliverables, including social media, emailers, website/landing pages, handouts, tradeshow collateral and more
- Design, develop and oversee marketing assets that will help to build brand awareness and engage with their audience
- Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize asset development, building out a library of collateral
- Support the product design team with visual elements for web and mobile products, including iconography and illustrations
- Continuously contribute to the brand guidelines and positioning, building out the visual identity
What you bring to the table:
- 4+ years of experience in graphic/marketing design in a high growth environment
- Proven experience with brand development/design
- Strong portfolio demonstrating versatility and the ability to work with both print and digital assets
- Experience and understanding of UI and web design with experience using Figma
- Demonstrated knowledge of the full Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Bonus if you have any video/motion graphic experience
- Self-starter and the ability to manage multiple projects at a time
- Driven and motivated work ethic, with the ability to have fun!
Please note that this role requires you to be onsite 3 days a week in the core of downtown Toronto.
