We’re partnering with a luxury real estate brand to hire a Marketing Coordinator. With a reputation for integrity, professionalism, and impeccable client service, their brand is built on thoughtful strategy, standout creative, and a deep understanding of what it takes to market exceptional homes.

They’re looking for a Marketing Coordinator who is creative, detail-oriented, and digitally savvy who’s ready to bring fresh ideas to a high-performance team.

What You’ll Do:

  • Develop engaging, on-brand marketing materials across web, print, social, and email that reflect the premium nature of the brand.

  • Manage marketing for new listings from print brochures and social posts to feature sheets, digital ads, and property websites.

  • Maintain visual and messaging consistency across all touchpoints, ensuring every piece of content aligns with the team’s refined identity.

  • Plan and execute seasonal and annual campaigns to build brand awareness, generate leads, and reinforce market presence.

  • Use platforms like Google Ads, social media, email tools, and analytics to grow reach, track performance, and optimize results.

  • Research market and competitor trends, share insights, and continuously elevate how the brand shows up in the luxury space.

The Must Haves:

  • 3–5 years of experience in marketing (real estate or luxury sector a plus)

  • A sharp eye for design and strong writing chops

  • Comfort with tools like WordPress, Google Suite, CRM software, Canva, Later, Adobe, and analytics platforms

  • A mix of creative flair and operational focus—you love seeing campaigns through from concept to completion

  • A collaborative, solutions-first mindset and a passion for premium experiences
