They’re looking for a Marketing Coordinator who is creative, detail-oriented, and digitally savvy who’s ready to bring fresh ideas to a high-performance team.
What You’ll Do:

Develop engaging, on-brand marketing materials across web, print, social, and email that reflect the premium nature of the brand.

Manage marketing for new listings from print brochures and social posts to feature sheets, digital ads, and property websites.

Maintain visual and messaging consistency across all touchpoints, ensuring every piece of content aligns with the team’s refined identity.

Plan and execute seasonal and annual campaigns to build brand awareness, generate leads, and reinforce market presence.

Use platforms like Google Ads, social media, email tools, and analytics to grow reach, track performance, and optimize results.

Research market and competitor trends, share insights, and continuously elevate how the brand shows up in the luxury space.
The Must Haves:

3–5 years of experience in marketing (real estate or luxury sector a plus)

A sharp eye for design and strong writing chops

Comfort with tools like WordPress, Google Suite, CRM software, Canva, Later, Adobe, and analytics platforms

A mix of creative flair and operational focus—you love seeing campaigns through from concept to completion
