Job Title: Marketing Coordinator 
Location: Vaughan, ON (Hybrid – 3 days/week onsite)
Type: Contract (15 months)

Position Overview:

We’re looking for a highly organized, proactive Marketing Coordinator to join our retail client on a 15-month contract. This role plays a crucial part in the production and execution of photoshoots, digital projects, and editorial initiatives. 

You’ll work closely with internal stakeholders, external vendors, and the creative team to ensure all moving parts are handled smoothly. This is a fast-paced, logistics-heavy role with a strong emphasis on project coordination, stakeholder communication, and on-the-ground support during seasonal photoshoots.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate seasonal photoshoots by contacting internal teams to request featured products by certain dates. 

  • Arrange for delivery or pickup of products to the photoshoot location/support centre—sometimes in-person.

  • Ensure all products arrive at the photoshoot location in Toronto on time. 

  • Drive to multiple locations across the GTA as needed to source the correct products. 
  • Attend and take notes during marketing meetings and creative intake sessions.

  • Act as a key liaison between internal teams, delegating creative requests appropriately.

  • Manage and track tasks using their project management tool. 

  • Collect vendor invoices and route them to appropriate finance contacts.

  • Maintain strong, high-touchpoint communication with cross-functional teams.

What We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years of experience in a project coordination, account services, or marketing. 

  • Backgrounds in account management, event coordination, or production welcome

  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills

  • Strong communicator – both written and verbal – with experience handling multiple stakeholders

  • Comfortable in fast-paced, high-volume environments

  • Valid driver’s license and access to a car (travel within the GTA is a must for this role)
