Location: Hybrid (3 days/week onsite, downtown Toronto)
Salary Range: $75,000–$90,000

We’re looking for a Marketing Manager to join one of Canada’s top employers, to lead client communications and engagement initiatives.  This role is ideal for a strategic communicator with experience developing and executing omni-channel engagement who can collaborate effectively across teams.

This is a high-impact role where you’ll own email strategy, personalization, and sales enablement, bringing together content, technology, and insights to elevate the client experience.

What You’ll Do

Lead Engagement Strategy

  • Own and evolve the email marketing program using Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  • Build and execute personalized, automated client journeys
  • Develop a smart, scalable content personalization strategy
  • Oversee content strategy within a sales enablement platform (e.g. Seismic), optimizing discoverability and usage
  • Partner cross-functionally to deliver a seamless, insight-driven client experience

Drive Execution & Delivery

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of marketing assets for national events (in-person and virtual)
  • Manage audience segmentation and communication planning to ensure relevance (no inbox overload)
  • Enable sales teams with the right tools and content to drive engagement
  • Uphold a high bar for quality, consistency, and client-centric messaging

Measure & Optimize

  • Define KPIs and build reporting dashboards to track performance
  • Translate data into actionable insights and continuous improvements
  • Optimize marketing tech stack and platform capabilities
  • Mentor junior team members and contribute to a collaborative team environment

What You Bring

  • 5–7 years in marketing, with a focus on client engagement and lifecycle communications
  • Strong experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (journeys, segmentation, analytics)
  • Proven ability to build and execute personalized, omni-channel campaigns
  • Experience with sales enablement tools (e.g. Seismic) and content strategy
  • Background in marketing for a financial services (or similar) organization
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Ability to balance strategy and execution in a fast-paced environment
