Marketing Project Manager

We are working with a respected independent investment management and wealth planning firm as they are seeking a Marketing Project Manager for a maternity leave cover. In this role, you will execute marketing plans, collaborate on various initiatives, and support business development. Responsibilities:
- Serve as the central point of contact for marketing projects
- Manage and direct marketing projects within the team
- Address branding inquiries and manage logo resources
- Oversee content creation and review processes
- Develop and execute email and LinkedIn marketing campaigns
- Manage the editorial calendar, including blogs and publications
- Organize and coordinate quarterly in-person and virtual events
- Collaborate with wealth managers and client service team
- Report to the Head of Client Service Management and CEO
- Focus: Executing marketing initiatives and tactical upkeep
- Maintaining schedules
- Enhancing marketing goals
Requirements:
- 4+ years experience
- Knowledge of investment regulations
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Familiarity with business social media, creativity, and adaptability
- Knowledge of investment industry regulations.
- Proficiency in marketing software (email automation, WordPress, CRM)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Creative and adaptable with a strong sense of ownership
- Ability to work in office 3 days a week at their downtown location
