Position Overview:
We’re looking for a Marketing Specialist who’s sharp, resourceful, and ready to hit the ground running. This is a 6-month contract (with potential to extend to 12 months), supporting the execution of multi-channel campaigns for two national retail clients.
You’ll help bring promotional campaigns to life—from ideation and forecasting to tactical rollout—by working cross-functionally with analytics, paid media, and creative teams. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and knows how to keep campaigns moving forward while juggling multiple internal touchpoints.
What You’ll Do

Manage and execute 15–20 partner campaigns over the 6-month contract period

Support light ideation based on partner needs and seasonal promotions

Coordinate campaign forecasting and performance planning in collaboration with the analytics team

Act as the central campaign lead, quarterbacking execution across paid media, email marketing, and promotions
- Use their PM tool to track deliverables and timelines
- Ensure each campaign launches on time, on brief, and on budget
Qualifications: ???????
- 3+ years of experience in a marketing or campaign execution role

Proven ability to handle multi-channel campaigns from start to finish

Strong project coordination chops with attention to detail
- A proactive, get-it-done attitude and strong internal communication skills
