Job Title: Senior Motion Designer (Freelance, Remote)

Overview:
We’re seeking a highly skilled Senior Motion Designer – ideally at the Art Director level – who can contribute both conceptually and executionally. The ideal candidate is a strong visual storyteller with a strong portfolio of 2D & 3D work that reflects sophistication, polish, and creativity.

This is a unique opportunity to work on visually rich, high-impact creative projects aimed at engaging and attracting top-tier tech and creative clients.

Role Details:

  • Create motion design assets that form part of bespoke, targeted marketing campaigns

  • Execute polished motion deliverables based on provided storyboards and concepts (with room to contribute creatively, if desired)

  • Design assets that may be embedded in microsites, digital presentations, or immersive client experiences

  • Work with a marketing team and their insights on A tier clients mainly in the tech and entertainment industries

  • Maintain a high level of execution while delivering on tight timelines

  • Collaborate closely with creative leads and producers

What We’re Looking For:

  • 5+ years of experience in motion design, ideally with agency or brand-side work targeting high-profile clients

  • A strong reel showcasing cinematic motion work, with polish and depth

  • Expert-level proficiency in After Effects and Figma

  • Ability to work independently while collaborating remotely with a distributed team
