The Opportunity:
Our finance team values accuracy, compliance, and collaboration. In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing end-to-end payroll and reconciliation processes. Although the position is primarily remote, it requires Ontario residency and monthly in-office presence to collaborate with key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:

Process weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly payrolls in compliance with current legislation and internal policies

Verify timesheets, contractor invoices, and payroll data to ensure accuracy

Prepare payroll and client reports as required

Assist with payroll-related accounting entries and account reconciliations

Keep up to date on federal and provincial payroll regulations

Work closely with HR and Finance teams to support efficient payroll operations
What We’re Looking For:

Minimum 3 years of experience in payroll or related administrative/accounting roles

Proven accuracy and attention to detail in handling sensitive payroll data

Experience in reconciliation and accounting processes

Proficiency in payroll systems and Microsoft Excel

Strong communication and organizational skills

Must be based in Ontario and available for monthly in-office visits
