Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Print Production Manager to oversee and manage all aspects of our print production process. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating print projects from conception to completion, ensuring high-quality output, on-time delivery, and adherence to budget. The Print Production Manager will collaborate with internal teams, external vendors, and clients to ensure seamless execution of print projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the entire print production lifecycle, including quoting, project planning, scheduling, execution, and delivery.

  • Coordinate with internal teams to define project requirements, specifications, and timelines.

  • Collaborate and ideate with internal teams to develop creative thinking.

  • Source and manage relationships with external suppliers to negotiate pricing, and ensure quality control.

  • Prepare and manage project budgets, track expenses, and identify cost-saving opportunities.

  • Review and approve print proofs, ensuring accuracy, quality, and adherence to brand guidelines.

  • Monitor production schedules and timelines, proactively identify and resolve any potential delays or issues.

  • Ensure all print projects meet quality standards, specifications, and client expectations.

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest print technologies, trends, and best practices.

 

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience with 3-5 years in print production management at an advertising or marketing agency.

  • Strong knowledge of printing processes, techniques, and equipment, including offset, litho, digital, and large format printing.

  • Excellent project management, organizational, and time-management skills.

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.

  • Detail-oriented with a focus on quality control and accuracy.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

  • Knowledge of industry standards and best practices.
