Product Marketer

Creative Niche is looking for a Product Marketer to join our B2B SaaS client! As they continue to expand their Toronto office, the Product Marketer will be the leading voice for messaging, positioning and adoption of new features. You’ll play a pivotal role in increasing the overall demand and revenue of their products in the North American market.
Responsibilities:
- Conducting customer interviews, competitor research and meeting with the internal product teams to better understand the value of the product for end users
- Creating content that resonates with end users and equips commercial teams with market input and sales enablement
- Uncover and understand customer’s needs, pain points, and decision-making processes
- Write communication and implement initiatives that drive product/feature awareness and adoption
- Ensure all internal and external product information is up-to-date according to the latest information, highlights the right value propositions, and is in line with brand and communication guidelines
Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of product marketing experience at a B2B SaaS company
- Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken
- Organized, analytical and goal oriented
- Experience within the event/media production industry in North America is a bonus
