About the Role

Our fintech client is preparing to launch a new suite of financial products across both consumer (B2C) and business (B2B) audiences. As they enter a critical launch phase, we’re looking for a Product Marketing Manager to help translate established strategy into high-impact execution.

While this role requires a true strategic thinker to connect the dots, this role is highly hands-on and execution-focused as well. You’ll play a key role in bringing new products to market, supporting launch communications, and driving engagement with existing customers through email, web, and SMS channels.

What You’ll Be Working On

  • Supporting the launch of multiple new financial products, including consumer-facing and business-focused offerings

  • Executing go-to-market plans across email, SMS, and web

  • Operationalizing product positioning, value propositions, and messaging into customer-facing assets

  • Supporting lifecycle marketing initiatives, including onboarding, cross-sell, retention, and education journeys

  • Managing launch communications and supporting events tied to product releases

  • Working closely with product managers, customer experience teams, creative partners, and events stakeholders

  • Helping manage the implementation of a new email platform, deploying email campaigns, and applying insights on how customers are responding to certain products and value props to new product launches. 


Key Responsibilities

  • Execute product marketing initiatives tied to new product launches and ongoing lifecycle marketing

  • Build and deploy email and SMS campaigns using a marketing automation platform

  • Support landing page and website updates through a CMS

  • Collaborate with creative and UX teams to ensure messaging is clearly translated into design and content

  • Assist in onboarding and working within new marketing platforms and tools

  • Monitor performance metrics and apply insights to optimize future campaigns

  • Help maintain alignment across stakeholders during fast-paced launch cycles


Tools & Platforms You’ll Use

  • Marketing automation platform (e.g., Braze or similar)

  • CMS 

  • Analytics and reporting tools

  • AI and automation tools to support copywriting and efficiency


What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience in product marketing, preferably in a fintech

  • Strong execution skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously

  • Comfort working across email, SMS, and web channels

  • A solid understanding of product marketing concepts and customer journeys

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills

  • Ability to adapt to evolving priorities, positioning, and leadership direction

  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a positive attitude


Nice to Have

  • Experience in fintech, tech, or startup environments

  • Familiarity with product launches in regulated or fast-paced industries

  • Exposure to lifecycle marketing tools and platforms

  • Experience supporting events or launch communications
