Job Title: Graphic Designer (3 Days/Week Onsite)
Overview
We’re looking for a Graphic Designer to support ongoing promotional design needs of our retail client on a full-time basis. This role requires three-days-per-week onsite basis in their office north of Toronto. This role runs through the end of the year, offering consistent, hands-on collaboration within a small, fast-moving creative team.
You’ll work closely with a small design team in an agency-like environment where responsiveness, speed, and clear communication are critical.
Key Responsibilities

Design and execute weekly promotional collateral using established templates

Produce assets for digital advertising and print point-of-sale (POS) materials

Quickly address and resolve design issues as they arise during team meetings

Communicate proactively around timelines and flag any anticipated delays

Ensure accuracy, consistency, and brand alignment across all deliverables
Tools & Skills

Advanced proficiency in Adobe InDesign and Photoshop (required)

Strong production design skills with excellent attention to detail

Ability to work efficiently within templates while maintaining high quality

Comfortable juggling multiple requests in a deadline-driven environment
