Position Overview:
We are seeking skilled Graphic Designers who will be responsible for designing, formatting, and producing a large number of report-like assets for our luxury client. The ideal candidate will have strong design skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work within templated files to design and format a high volume of report-like assets, ensuring they are visually appealing and aligned with our client’s brand guidelines.
  • Create layouts that are both functional and engaging, making complex information easy to understand.
  • Ensure all assets adhere to the company’s brand standards and visual identity.
  • Maintain consistency in design elements across all assets.
  • Ensure all content is accurately represented and visually cohesive.
  • Conduct thorough reviews of all assets to ensure accuracy, quality, and visual consistency.
  • Implement feedback from stakeholders and make necessary adjustments to improve final outputs.
  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring all deadlines are met.
  • Coordinate with other team members and departments to ensure efficient workflow and project completion.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably with a focus on report-like assets that showcase sleek, elevated, and refined layout skills. 
  • Strong portfolio showcasing experience in designing reports, white papers, and similar documents.
  • Proficiency in design software such as Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Word and PowerPoint).
  • Excellent layout and typography skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
