We’re seeking a passionate, innovative, and solution-oriented Production Manager to join a dynamic in-house Creative & Marketing Services team in Toronto. In this role, you’ll play a pivotal part in curating top-notch digital, print, and video materials that elevate the brand’s portfolio.

As the ideal candidate, you’re adept at problem-solving, thrive in collaboration, and possess strong analytical skills coupled with excellent project management and production abilities. Working alongside a talented team of designers, writers, video producers, and marketing managers, you’ll be instrumental in bringing our brands to life across various media channels, ensuring exceptional quality and adherence to timelines.

Your responsibilities will encompass:

  • Orchestrating project execution through meticulous workback schedules, resource allocation, and prioritization, collaborating with designers, editorial, translation, planning & strategy, compliance, and digital teams.
  • Managing and overseeing the development of media campaigns across multiple platforms, from concept design to digital display, print, OOH, OLV, and TV.
  • Streamlining project workflows by initiating and leading creative briefing meetings to ensure clarity and alignment on deliverables and timelines.
  • Facilitating seamless coordination between different teams, ensuring timely project progression and accurate documentation using project tracking software.
  • Proactively monitoring project timelines, addressing risks, and effectively communicating with senior leaders to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Spearheading productive bi-weekly Production meetings to discuss upcoming deliverables, project issues, and new initiatives, ensuring thorough preparation and awareness of ongoing tasks.
  • Cultivating strong partnerships with aligned marketing teams to understand current and future initiatives, enabling efficient workflow scheduling and continuity in project execution.
  • Collaborating with vendors to maximize value, ensuring timely delivery of materials, and enhancing our knowledge base for improved project outcomes.

Essential Proficiencies:

  • Must Have proficiency in Workfront, Excel, Word
  • Additional proficiency in Adobe Acrobat, Adobe Creative Suite, SharePoint, PowerPoint is considered an asset
