We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Project Coordinator – Business Solutions to join our team on a 6month contract. This part-time (2-3 days), remote role requires occasional onsite presence for meetings at Creative Niche’s office in Liberty Village (1/month).

You’ll play a key role in executing and implementing solutions tailored to address our business needs, allowing you to make a tangible impact on our business processes so we can focus our time and energy on making successful matches.

What You’ll Bring

  • Verified project management experience; certification is a plus

  • Possess strong analytical, organizational, and planning skills with a focus on project management

  • Strong attention-to-detail, integrity, solid work ethic, and critical thinking skills

  • Demonstrated experience learning new technologies and able to leverage them to maximize efforts

  • Ability to manage time and tasks wisely, and methodically follow through and meet established timelines

  • Exhibits collaborative nature and is able to stay motivated

  • Adept at generating solutions, initiating projects and executing tasks with minimal direction or supervision

  • Curiosity and confidence to bring forward solutions to challenges and opportunities to improve the Nicher, customer and candidate experience

  • Solid verbal and written communication skills

  • Team player and able to work independently

  • Willingness to ask questions and ask for help when needed

  • Availability for in-person onboarding and occasional meetings as is necessary, in Liberty Village in downtown Toronto

What You’ll Do

  • Work on identified short term projects to increase operational efficiencies to improve our client and candidate experience. 

  • Projects include 

    • Process implementation focused on improvement utilizing technological resources

    • Data clean up and organization

    • Template creation and process documentation

    • Other duties as assigned
