The Opportunity
We’re seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Specialist, Marketing Operations to support our retail client in driving operational excellence across strategic and technical marketing initiatives. This is an early-career role (1–2 years experience) designed for someone who is eager to learn, highly organized, and comfortable supporting complex projects in a fast-paced environment.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys keeping projects on track, working within established systems, and developing their skills in marketing operations, data, and cross-functional collaboration.
What You’ll Be Working On
The Project Specialist will primarily support the marketing operations team on multi-week or multi-month initiatives and may include:

Supporting data integrations for sub-brands and new platforms

Assisting with A/B testing initiatives across email and push channels, including managing workflows and project boards

Supporting broader strategic and technical marketing projects, ensuring timelines, tasks, and dependencies are tracked accurately
You will play a supportive project coordination role, helping keep work organized, visible, and moving forward.
Project Coordination & Workflow Support

Support the setup, maintenance, and day-to-day management of projects in ClickUp, ensuring tasks are logged accurately, timelines are current, and documentation is organized

Track project progress, deadlines, and dependencies, and flag potential risks or roadblocks to the Senior Manager

Assist with scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and documenting action items and decisions

Leverage an existing, highly mature ClickUp environment (automations and processes are already established) to keep projects on track

Identify opportunities for incremental improvements and efficiencies, while primarily working within established workflows
Reporting & Data Support

Pull data from existing dashboards and reporting tools to support monthly and quarterly reporting

Assist with OKR tracking and performance reporting, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery

Support basic Google Analytics reporting and data requests

Collaborate with data and technical partners to ensure reporting needs are met
Operational Support & Documentation

Assist with documenting workflows, processes, and best practices across Marketing Operations

Help support onboarding and adoption of tools and processes

Maintain organized operational documentation, guidelines, and user resources
-
Support basic administrative needs across marketing operations tools as required
What We’re Looking For
Required

2+ years of experience in project coordination, marketing operations, or a related role
-
Experience using project management tools such as ClickUp, Asana, or Jira
-
Comfort working with data and reporting tools (e.g., Google Analytics, dashboards)

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Clear, professional communication skills

Ability to juggle multiple tasks, prioritize work, and ask for help when needed

Fast learner with a proactive, problem-solving mindset
Nice to Have

Experience in a digital marketing or e-commerce environment
