Senior Account Director

Location: Soho, NYC (Hybrid – minimum 1 day/week onsite)

About the Role

We’re seeking a Senior Account Director to join our boutique agency client on a permanent, full-time basis. This is a senior-level, client-facing role ideal for someone who can hold their own in a room full of C-suite executives while also staying close to the work – both strategic and tactical.

You’ll join a high-performing accounts team focused on delivering brand, campaign, and marketing strategy for clients ranging from fast-growing financial services firms to institutional financial organizations.

What You’ll Do

  • Own day-to-day relationships across key client accounts

  • Oversee projects ranging from 3-4 month sprints to 6-12 month retainer engagements

  • Lead strategic entry points (e.g., brand positioning, visual identity, messaging) through to campaign development and production

  • Identify opportunities to upsell, expand scope, and renew client engagements 

  • Mentor and work alongside a team of Account Managers; direct reports may rotate based on accounts

  • Represent the agency in-person with clients – coffee meetings, lunch check-ins, working sessions
