Senior Account Manager

We are looking for an experienced Account Manager to join our tech client. They are revolutionizing the advertising industry by automating agency functions. The Senior Account Manager will play an important role in running a variety of high-profile accounts across North America, fostering relationships and contributing to growth.
Responsibilities:
- Build and nurture relationships with key accounts across both Canada and the US, acting as the primary point of contact
- Serve as the SME for the platform, offering solutions to help clients optimize their use of the tool
- Understanding each client’s unique business objectives and expectations to develop tailored strategies that align with their goals
- Work cross functionally with different departments to guide the direction of client accounts (product teams, design engineers and customer service)
- Collaborate with team members in different time zones to support during critical project phases, as needed
- Lead client status meetings and presentations
- Active involvement in all briefing conversations to ensure successful implementation and execution of national and regional marketing campaigns
- Monitor performance, providing regular reports and analytics to clients
- Utilize advanced Excel functions for effective data analysis and reporting purposes for all accounts
- Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and work with the VP to further explore them
- Address and resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise with accounts
- Travel and commute as needed to meet with clients and engage with the broader North American team
Qualifications:
- Strong understanding of advertising content across static, animated and video formats
- Minimum 5 years in an account services role, liaising with agency studio stakeholders and client stakeholders
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while maintaining strict attention to detail
- Proven track-record of delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs
- Strong business acumen with the ability to understand clients bigger picture goals
Please note that candidates are expected to work onsite in the core of downtown 3 days a week. Starting out with 5 days a week to get to know the team and get fully onboarded.
