About the Role
We’re looking for a seasoned Creative Project Manager to serve as the central hub for managing creative assets that bring our client’s large-scale events to life. This role blends project management, creative production, and operations – ideal for someone who thrives on organizing complex moving parts while keeping a strong eye on design, brand, and delivery.
You’ll partner closely with events, marketing, creative teams, and agency partners to ensure every detail – from big-screen videos to digital signage – lands seamlessly.
What You’ll Do
-
Manage the end-to-end production and delivery of creative assets for a variety of events per year.
-
Oversee timelines, workflows, and approvals across cross-functional teams.
-
Coordinate creation of digital and print assets: intro/sizzle videos, event content for screens, signage, brochures, agendas, and occasional swag.
-
Collaborate with external agency partners on the rollout of a new event design system.
-
Ensure assets meet correct formats/specs for both live and virtual settings.
-
Balance multiple events/projects simultaneously, keeping stakeholders aligned.
-
Support vendor management and liaise with production partners (events team handles on-site logistics).
-
Use tools such as Workfront and Jira to manage priorities, tasks, and backlogs.
-
Anticipate challenges, proactively solve problems, and keep leadership informed.
What We’re Looking For
-
5+ years of project management experience, with exposure to events and creative production.
-
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage complex, fast-moving projects.
-
Excellent communicator – skilled at managing up, across, and with executives.
-
Understanding of creative/production workflows, including specs for digital and live event formats.
-
Agile mindset; comfortable with backlog prioritization (Scrum certification not required).
-
Experience with vendor management and working across marketing, creative, and events teams.
-
Proactive, solutions-oriented, and able to keep the “big picture” vision in mind while tracking detailed deliverables.
Why This Role?
-
High-impact work: directly supports our client’s flagship events, with 500–2000 attendees per event.
-
Exposure to a wide variety of creative projects—from large-scale video to digital assets.
-
Opportunity to help shape our client’s next-generation event design system.
-
Path to permanency in a visible, cross-functional role.
If you’re a detail-driven project manager with a passion for creative production and events, we’d love to hear from you.
