Job Title: Senior Creative Team (Senior Art Director)

Location: Hybrid in Toronto (2-3 days in office)
Salary: $90,000 – $115,000

We’re looking for a Senior Art Director (as part of a senior creative team) to join a purpose-driven agency who cares deeply about craft and creativity. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys shape compelling brand stories, push creative boundaries, and craft work that resonates with modern audiences.

What You’ll Do
As a senior creative contributor and partner, you will:

  • Develop and execute integrated creative concepts across digital, social, print, and film
  • Partner with copywriters and cross-functional teams to bring ideas to life
  • Translate strategic insights into compelling visual solutions
  • Present creative work with clarity and confidence to internal teams and clients
  • Refine and elevate work through feedback, maintaining a high standard of craft
  • Manage multiple projects while maintaining attention to detail and deadlines
  • Stay ahead of cultural and design trends to push creative into new territory

What You Bring

  • 4+ years of experience in an art direction role
  • A strong portfolio showcasing conceptual thinking and execution across mediums
  • Proven ability to collaborate across disciplines and contribute to integrated work
  • Confidence presenting ideas and articulating creative rationale
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to craft

Nice to Have

  • Experience working on integrated campaigns across multiple channels
  • Background in fast-paced agency or studio environments
  • Recognition for creative work (awards, publications, etc.)
