Job Title: Senior Digital Marketing Manager

Location: Remote – Toronto, ON

Position Overview:
We are seeking a Senior Digital Marketing Manager to own and execute bottom-funnel acquisition campaigns across multiple projects and portfolios for our tech & digital services client. This role requires a data-driven, analytical thinker who thrives on optimizing campaign performance, working closely with external and internal teams, and presenting key insights to senior leadership. If you are an expert in digital marketing performance with a keen focus on acquisition and conversions, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive bottom-funnel digital campaigns that maximize conversions and customer acquisition.

  • Continuously monitor, analyze, and optimize campaigns based on key performance metrics.

  • Dig deep into campaign analytics to extract insights and refine marketing strategies.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for our client’s media agency partner, ensuring alignment on objectives and execution.

  • Present campaign performance reports and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.

  • Develop and execute testing strategies to improve ad effectiveness and conversion rates.

  • Oversee paid media budgets, ensuring efficient spend and maximum return on investment.
  • Work cross-functionally with internal teams, including product marketing, data analytics, and sales, to align acquisition efforts with broader business goals.

??????????????Qualifications & Experience:

  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on performance marketing and customer acquisition.

  • Expertise in bottom-funnel strategies, including paid search (SEM), paid social, display, and programmatic advertising.

  • Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in campaign tracking tools, Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, SA360, and data visualization platforms.

  • Proven ability to communicate complex data insights into actionable recommendations for executive stakeholders.

  • Experience managing media agencies, ensuring strategy execution and performance alignment.

  • Advanced knowledge of A/B testing, attribution models, and conversion rate optimization (CRO).

  • Excellent project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
    Tech services or agency experience is a strong asset.
