Our agency client is looking for a Senior Google PPC Manager to join their growing team. Who are they? Through our paid advertising & strategic advising, we’ve bridged the gaping void in the industry that lacked a highly profitable digital lead vendor. 

The role: 
As a Senior PPC Manager, you will manage and oversee a portfolio of clients, and be a part of the driving force for scaling their PPC department. If you have a passion for scaling Google campaigns profitably; love to see growth from the seed of your strategy and implementation; love reading and analyzing data; building and maintaining processes, and building high-budget campaigns that flourish from the results of your efforts, this is the role for you. 

We’re looking for a strategic thinker who can provide technical and creative solutions relating to campaign strategy, landing page experience, tracking & integration, and who is not afraid to learn new skills to move the needle. 


  • Create lead/KPI estimates for new potential accounts to determine projected CPL, CTRs, CPCs, etc.
  • Manage and oversee $300-600K monthly ad budgets
  • Work with the full Google Suite products; tag manager, Analytics, Ads Editor, Looker Studio and more
  • Provide new clients with website optimization suggestions to enhance conversion rates
  • Installing UTMs to be fully able to track back where campaigns, ad groups, ads and keywords leads are coming from
  • Set up and maintain integrations with Whatconverts, CallRail, Google Analytics, Google Sheets, Click Funnels, etc.


  • 3+ years experience in a PPC performance marketing role
  • Managed budgets of $250K+ monthly in Google Ads
  • Ability to clearly and effectively articulate thoughts and points with strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Experienced with Zapier, Whatconverts, CallRail, CRMs, ClickCease, WordPress, Hotjar and landing page builders like ClickFunnels & Outbounce
  • Advanced comprehension of GA4 and GTM conversion setup
