Senior Growth Marketing Manager

Position Overview:
We are looking for a driven and experienced Senior Growth Marketing Manager to help fuel our automotive client’s expansion and accelerate customer acquisition. As the Senior Growth Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth strategy for, focusing on user acquisition and engagement across various traditional and digital channels. You will lead the development and execution of data-driven marketing initiatives that deliver measurable business impact. This role requires a strategic thinker who is highly analytical, creative, and experienced in scaling customer growth for high-impact automotive products or services. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, analytics, and operations, to drive measurable results. This role is ideally based in Fredericton, but our client is open to anywhere in Canada so long as you are open to travelling to Fredericton occasionally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute an overarching growth marketing strategy that drives user acquisition and revenue growth across various markets in Canada, each with their own unique needs.
- Define, measure, and report on KPIs related to growth, including customer lifetime value (CLV), customer acquisition cost (CAC), and churn.
- Identify new market opportunities and target audiences to expand our client’s customer base in the competitive automotive space.
- Lead cross-channel marketing campaigns across digital platforms (search, social, display, programmatic, email, etc.), as well as offline initiatives (events, radio, newspapers, etc.).
- Own the end-to-end funnel, optimizing each stage from awareness to conversion and beyond.
- Collaborate with creative and content teams to ensure messaging is consistent, persuasive, and aligned with brand identity.
- Leverage data and analytics to track performance, identify trends, and make informed decisions for campaign optimization.
- Utilize A/B testing and experimentation to refine strategies and maximize ROI.
- Implement performance tracking tools such as Google Analytics, CRM systems, and marketing automation platforms to measure success across all channels.
- Map the customer journey, identifying opportunities to improve user experience and enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Identify and manage key partnerships and collaborations that can accelerate growth, such as co-marketing initiatives with industry partners, OEMs, and technology platforms.
- Explore opportunities for influencer marketing, sponsorships, and experiential marketing in the automotive industry.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a small marketing team, ensuring high performance and professional development.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. An MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
- 7+ years of experience in growth marketing, with a strong track record of driving user acquisition, engagement, and retention.
- Proven experience in the automotive industry or related fields (mobility, transportation, technology, etc.) is highly preferred.
- Deep understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEM, SEO, paid social, email marketing, and content marketing.
- Proficiency in using analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Tableau, and CRM platforms to derive actionable insights.
- Strong knowledge of A/B testing, growth hacking techniques, and experimentation frameworks.
- Experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) and CRM systems.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders across multiple departments.
- Highly analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
