Position Overview: 
We are actively seeking a talented Marketing Campaign Manager to drive demand generation campaigns and optimize our B2B tech client’s marketing funnel. This is a 1+ year remote contract, with the intention to extend on an ongoing basis. As a Campaign Manager, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing integrated marketing campaigns to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement campaign strategies aligned with business objectives and target audience preferences.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop comprehensive campaign strategies that support business goals and drive measurable results.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand campaign objectives, target audience, and messaging requirements.
  • Create detailed campaign briefs outlining objectives, timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
  • Coordinate campaign execution across multiple channels, including digital, social media, email, events, and advertising.
  • Manage campaign budgets, monitor expenses, and optimize spending to maximize ROI.
  • Leverage data and analytics to track campaign performance, identify insights, and make data-driven optimizations.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling campaign assets, including graphics, copy, videos, and landing pages.
  • Ensure campaign deliverables are executed on time and meet quality standards.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and optimize campaign strategies.
  • Prepare campaign performance reports and present findings to key stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in campaign management or related roles, preferably in a B2B or technology-driven environment.
  • Proven track record of planning, executing, and optimizing successful marketing campaigns.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms, such as CRM systems, marketing automation, and analytics tools.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable campaign optimizations.
  • Creative thinker with a strategic approach to campaign planning and execution.
  • Detail-oriented and results-driven, with a focus on delivering measurable business outcomes.
