Senior Product Manager

Overview:
We’re seeking a skilled and strategic Senior Product Manager to lead the development and growth of innovative financial products. In this role, you’ll take full ownership of the product lifecycle – from discovery and planning to launch and continuous improvement. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver products that are data-informed, customer-centric, and built to scale. A background working with modern technologies is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:
Full Lifecycle Ownership: Lead the end-to-end product process – from idea to execution – ensuring successful outcomes for both customers and the business.
Strategic Planning: Develop and communicate product vision, define roadmaps, and prioritize features based on market needs, user feedback, and business goals.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, design, compliance, data, and operations teams to bring product ideas to life.
Customer Focus: Conduct user research, gather insights, and use data to deeply understand customer needs and drive meaningful product decisions.
Data-Informed Product Development: Leverage analytics and experimentation to validate assumptions, optimize performance, and support product iterations.
Tech & Innovation: Partner with data and engineering teams to explore and implement advanced features.
Regulatory Awareness: Ensure product decisions align with industry regulations and data privacy standards.

Qualifications:
Experience: 5-8 years of product management experience, ideally in financial related industries.
Lifecycle Expertise: Proven track record leading products through the full lifecycle in agile environments.
Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with comfort working with metrics, experimentation, and customer data.
Technical Aptitude: Ability to work effectively with engineering and data teams; familiarity with concepts like APIs, data flows, and algorithmic features is helpful.
Collaboration & Communication: Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; strong ability to influence and align teams.
