Compensation: Up to $170,000 base with a competitive bonus
About the Company
Our client is a leading Canadian fintech with a growing banking division, and they are seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager to lead B2B product strategy and growth initiatives within their broker channel.
This is an urgent, high-visibility backfill role with significant exposure to senior leadership.
The Opportunity
As Senior Product Marketing Manager, you will own the positioning, messaging, go-to-market strategy, and lifecycle marketing for our client’s B2B products.
This role sits at the intersection of Product, Sales, and Marketing — translating product capabilities into compelling value propositions that drive broker adoption, engagement, and long-term growth.
Key Responsibilities
Product Positioning & Messaging

Own end-to-end positioning and messaging for B2B products

Define value propositions and differentiation in a competitive broker market

Ensure consistent, compelling product narratives across all channels
Go-to-Market & Growth Strategy

Lead GTM planning for new product launches and enhancements

Develop full-funnel lifecycle marketing strategies tailored to long sales cycles

Drive acquisition, engagement, and retention initiatives
Channel Marketing

Own communication strategy for broker engagement and loyalty programs

Build awareness, engagement campaigns, milestone recognition, and tier strategies

Support messaging and activation at conferences, tradeshows, and broker events
Partnerships & Sales Enablement

Partner with Business Development to align product marketing with sales insights and needs

Develop sales enablement materials that strengthen sales conversations
Measurement & Performance Optimization

Build measurement frameworks suited to long, complex buying cycles

Enhance attribution and performance tracking across lifecycle campaigns

Bring analytical rigour to inform strategy and optimize ROI
What You Bring

8+ years of product marketing experience, ideally within fintech, banking, or mortgage environments
-
Strong mortgage expertise preferred but not required

Proven experience owning GTM strategy and product positioning in B2B markets

Experience marketing in long sales-cycle environments

Strong analytical mindset with experience measuring campaign and lifecycle impact

Experience working with sales teams is a strong asset

Executive presence and ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders
