Senior Product Marketing Manager

Location: Hybrid (2 days/week in office)
Duration: 6+ months to start (potential to convert to full-time)

Position Overview:
We are seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager to join our fast-paced, high-growth fintech company. In this role, you will be responsible for translating complex financial products into clear, compelling go-to-market (GTM) strategies that drive awareness, adoption, and revenue growth. You will work cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Marketing teams to craft messaging, launch new features, and refine positioning in a competitive market.

This is a 6+ month contract with the potential to transition into a full-time role. The position is hybrid, requiring 2 days per week in-office.

Responsibilities: 

  • Develop and execute GTM plans for new product launches, ensuring alignment across Product, Sales, and Marketing teams.
  • Craft compelling messaging that resonates with our target audience, differentiates our solutions, and drives adoption.
  • Support the creation of sales collateral and pitch decks to empower the sales team with compelling narratives.
  • Conduct research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitive positioning, using insights to refine strategy.
  • Work with content teams to support the development of thought leadership, case studies, whitepapers, and other marketing assets that support demand generation efforts.
  • Partner with Customer Success to identify success stories, develop testimonials, and build customer advocacy programs.
  • Measure and analyze key product marketing metrics, optimizing campaigns based on performance data.

Qualifications: 

  • 8+ years of product marketing experience in fintech, SaaS, financial or B2B technology.
  • Proven track record of launching and driving adoption of financial or payment products.
  • Strong ability to translate technical products into clear, compelling value propositions.
  • Experience in fast-paced, agile environments where adaptability is key.
  • Excellent storytelling, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong analytical mindset, with experience using data to inform strategy.
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Marketing teams.
