We are looking for a Social Media & Influencer Specialist to join one of Canada’s hottest luxury jewelry companies! You will play a pivotal role in helping to shape the brands digital presence; building brand awareness and connecting with their online community. The Social Media & Influencer Specialist should have a natural creative eye and a passion for storytelling, being able to not only create content but work with influencers to produce content that aligns with the luxury brand. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Social Media and Community Management
    • Have full ownership of content calendars for organic social; TikTok, Instagram and LinkedIn
    • Post regularly to all social channels and manage the brand’s online presence 
    • Create and deliver detailed briefs to designers and copywriters as needed
    • Track and analyze performance metrics; using reports and findings to help drive decisions and strategy 
  • Influencer Management
    • Help to identify new influencers, negotiating contracts and agreements, ensuring they are a right fit for the brand
    • Maintain existing relationships with influencers, overseeing the gifting budget and monthly influencer revenue targets
    • Tracking and reporting on all influencer campaigns 
    • Oversee influencer-generated content to ensure brand consistency and maintain quality 
  • Public Relations
    • ???????Build and maintain strong relationships with both Canadian and US media outlets, journalists, celebrity stylists and key industry contacts
    • Source new opportunities for brand collaborations
    • Act as the liaison between external PR representatives and the brand

Qualifications: 

  • 3+ years of experience in a social media and content role
  • Ability to be both strategic and executional in your day to day responsibilities
  • Proven experience working with influencers and leading relationships 
  • Strong analytical skills; ability to use social data to impact strategy, drive decisions, and perform key tests
  • In-depth knowledge of the social media landscape; being able to understand the brands target audience and how to reach them
