We’re looking for a Senior UX Researcher based in Toronto or Ottawa for our client, a public sector not-for-profit. This 6 month, full time contract will be working on exciting healthcare related projects. 

If you are passionate about improving user experiences through data-driven research, we’d love you to join our client to help shape the future of digital health tools. 

What You’ll Do

  • Lead user research for new digital health data products.

  • Plan and conduct usability testing, interviews, surveys, and UX workshops.

  • Analyze qualitative & quantitative data to deliver actionable insights.

  • Collaborate with designers, developers, and stakeholders to improve product usability.

  • Create personas, journey maps, and usability reports that inform design decisions.

  • Help refine UX research practices and contribute to our design standards.

What We’re Looking For

  • 7+ years of UX research experience, ideally with digital products or data visualizations.

  • Strong knowledge of user testing methodologies and usability evaluation.

  • Experience with research tools like Hotjar, UserZoom, Optimal Workshop, or similar.

  • Skilled in analyzing both qualitative & quantitative data.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.

  • A collaborative, self-driven mindset and ability to thrive in agile teams.

  • Bilingualism (English/French) is an asset but not required.
