About the Opportunity
We’re hiring a Strategic ABM Marketing Lead on behalf of a leading global B2B SaaS organization. This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside a highly respected senior marketing leader to help architect and operationalize a new department for Account-Based Marketing (ABM). You’ll be a key strategic partner—helping build scalable ABM programs from the ground up that span global business units.
This role is ideal for a senior-level marketer with a broad, multi-disciplinary marketing background across ABM, campaign strategy, field marketing, demand generation, and digital programs. You’ll be hands-on in both shaping strategy and driving execution within a lean, collaborative team.
Key Responsibilities

Act as the strategic right hand to the Global Director, contributing to the development of a global ABM department.

Leverage internal data and insight tools to identify key accounts, trends, and early use cases.

Define and prioritize high-impact account strategies in collaboration with sales, creative, field, and campaign teams.

Interpret data and performance metrics to guide strategic decisions, measure outcomes, and refine initiatives.

Educate and influence internal stakeholders—including sales and senior leaders—on ABM strategy and best practices.

Collaborate with global team members in North America and Europe to coordinate campaign execution and data analysis.

Drive orchestrated, multi-channel campaigns (field marketing, content, digital, events, etc.) from ideation through execution.

Identify content and campaign gaps, propose solutions, and work cross-functionally to ensure aligned execution.

Use AI and marketing tools wherever possible to streamline processes and improve scale over time.

Serve as a liaison between marketing operations, sales, and leadership to ensure alignment and measurable impact.
Ideal Candidate Profile

7+ years of B2B marketing experience, ideally in large tech companies.

Proven experience in ABM strategy, campaign orchestration, and data-informed marketing.

Multi-disciplinary marketing background: you’ve held roles across ABM, field, campaign, growth, and demand gen.

Strong strategic thinking combined with hands-on execution capabilities—you can both build and do.

Data-driven mindset: able to synthesize and interpret insights to inform strategic decision-making.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; proven ability to gain buy-in across senior stakeholders.

Comfortable in lean, agile environments where experimentation and iteration are key.

Knowledge of the financial services sector is a bonus, but not required.
