Overview

We’re seeking a freelance UX Designer to support an agency client on a series of short-term, high-impact projects aimed at optimizing digital experiences across both web and mobile applications.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced UX professional who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys solving complex user challenges through intuitive, modern design.

What You’ll Do

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (strategy, research, analytics, consulting) to enhance digital product usability

  • Map current and future-state user flows and customer journeys

  • Identify friction points and opportunities across digital touchpoints

  • Deliver UX recommendations supported by high-fidelity wireframes and visual concepts

  • Create interactive prototypes and assist in user testing

  • Conduct UX audits and market scans to apply best practices and recommend improvements

  • Help improve discoverability, personalization, and conversion flows

Who You Are

  • A seasoned UX designer with a strong portfolio of web and mobile work

  • Proficient in tools like Figma, with working knowledge of Miro or FigJam

  • Detail-oriented with a strong grasp of user-centered design principles

  • Able to work independently, manage deadlines, and iterate based on feedback

  • Bonus: Experience with loyalty programs, rewards platforms, or e-commerce is a plus
