UX Researcher

Our client is seeking a CX Researcher for support with their ongoing projects on a contract basis. In this role you will b executing all aspects of the research process from questionnaire programming and research design, data collection execution, big data management, analysis, and interpretation of results through to preparation of reports.
Responsibilities:
- Spearhead research endeavors within the domain, pinpointing pivotal inquiries for team advancement
- Harness a diverse toolkit of qualitative and quantitative methods
- Translate UX research outcomes into actionable design essentials.
- Apply frameworks to encapsulate insights, steering decisive directions
- Deliver captivating insights through compelling communication
- Advocate research findings across the organization, propelling widespread adoption
- Collaborate with data analysts, harmonizing quantitative data and user insights.
About the Ideal Candidate:
- 3+ years experience with a track record of molding expansive digital products for esteemed brands
- A proactive solution seeker, skilled at detecting research voids and posing pertinent queries
- Possesses a profound grasp of UX principles and theories
- Exhibits curiosity to unravel the essence of individuals, whether peers or end-users
- Flourishes within dynamic work contexts
- Commands expertise in qualitative and quantitative UX research techniques: interviews, field visits, surveys, card sorting, and live/remote usability studies
- Proficient in interview orchestration, linking research revelations with business outcomes
- Well-versed in lean experimentation, fostering adaptability
- Ready to embark on impactful research and set ablaze transformative change
Note: Proficiency in qualitative and quantitative research methods is a prerequisite.
