Freelance UX/UI Designer (15–25 hrs/week)

About the Role
We’re working with a fast-growing startup that’s looking for a freelance UX/UI Designer to help take their recently relaunched website to the next level. This role is part-time (15–25 hours per week) and perfect for someone who loves building great digital experiences, thrives on solving complex design challenges, and wants the flexibility of freelance work.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Collaborating with brand, design, and dev teams to improve website flow and overall usability.

  • Making sure the site feels seamless for users coming in from paid campaigns (no more clunky landing pages!).

  • Creating wireframes, prototypes, and interactive designs in Figma that work beautifully on both desktop and mobile.

  • Building out a proper design system to bring consistency across 30–40 pages.

  • Using data, heatmaps, and user testing to guide design decisions and focus on conversion.

  • Partnering with developers to make sure your designs come to life as intended.

What We’re Looking For

  • Solid experience as a UX/UI Designer, ideally in fast-paced, digital-first environments.

  • Proficiency in Figma plus strong wireframing, prototyping, and accessibility chops.

  • A track record of designing with conversion and user flow in mind.

  • Comfort digging into analytics and testing tools to drive decisions.

  • Someone who can communicate clearly, collaborate easily, and move projects forward.
