Visual Designer (Contract / Immediate Start)

Location: Remote (Canada or US)
Availability: ASAP
Duration: Contract, with potential for extension

Position Overview:
We are looking for a highly skilled Visual Designer to join our agency client  immediately, working on digital-first projects for Fortune 100 companies in tech, fintech, and other high-growth industries. This role is ideal for a strong executor who thrives in fast-paced environments, has big brand experience, and knows how to work within and evolve existing brand guidelines.

You’ll be responsible for designing high-impact digital assets, ensuring flawless execution, and maintaining consistency across projects. While not mandatory, experience with motion, illustration, or print is a plus.

What You’ll Do

  • Execute high-quality digital designs across various platforms, including web, social, email, and presentations.
  • Work within established brand guidelines while pushing creative boundaries where appropriate.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and creative teams to deliver polished, on-brand visuals.
  • Manage multiple projects with quick turnarounds while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Ensure design consistency across touchpoints, reinforcing brand identity and strategy.
  • (Bonus) Utilize motion, illustration, or print design skills when needed.

What We’re Looking For

  • 7+ years of experience in visual design, ideally for big brands in tech, fintech, or B2B industries.
  • Expert in digital design (web, social, email, ads, presentations, etc.).
  • Proven ability to execute within brand guidelines while delivering fresh, engaging visuals.
  • Strong proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and other relevant design tools.
  • Excellent communication skills—able to take feedback and iterate quickly.
  • Ability to work fast and execute at a high level—we need strong doers, not just strategists.
  • Available to start immediately.
