What You’ll Do

Own and operate all GA4 and GTM initiatives, including tag deployment, variable configuration, and custom trigger creation.

Manage paid media conversion tracking across all major channels (Google Ads, Bing Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, DV360) and ensure custom events and pixels are implemented accurately.

Partner with internal stakeholders and our external analytics agency (who provides licensing and limited back-up support) to troubleshoot, problem-solve, and enhance analytics operations.

Build and maintain Looker Studio dashboards, modifying existing reports to provide actionable insights to marketing and leadership.

Analyze and translate data from complex paid conversions and custom event setups—especially those tied to e-commerce transactions, lead generation, and trial sign-ups—into clear operational insights.
Qualifications

3+ years of hands-on experience with Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics (GA4), with proven ability to manage complex tagging and paid-conversion implementations.

Strong understanding of consumer e-commerce analytics and digital marketing operations.

Working knowledge of cross-channel paid media tracking and custom event configuration.
