What You’ll Do

  • Own and operate all GA4 and GTM initiatives, including tag deployment, variable configuration, and custom trigger creation.

  • Manage paid media conversion tracking across all major channels (Google Ads, Bing Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, DV360) and ensure custom events and pixels are implemented accurately.

  • Partner with internal stakeholders and our external analytics agency (who provides licensing and limited back-up support) to troubleshoot, problem-solve, and enhance analytics operations.

  • Build and maintain Looker Studio dashboards, modifying existing reports to provide actionable insights to marketing and leadership.

  • Analyze and translate data from complex paid conversions and custom event setups—especially those tied to e-commerce transactions, lead generation, and trial sign-ups—into clear operational insights.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics (GA4), with proven ability to manage complex tagging and paid-conversion implementations.

  • Strong understanding of consumer e-commerce analytics and digital marketing operations.

  • Working knowledge of cross-channel paid media tracking and custom event configuration.

  • Ability to partner across teams, communicate findings clearly, and remain solutions-oriented in a fast-moving environment.
