Web Project Manager

Location: Remote
Type: 6+ month full-time contract with high likelihood to convert to a permanent, full-time role
Team: Web & Digital

About the Role

Our client is a fast-growing B2B SaaS company and we’re looking for a sharp, proactive Web Project Manager to help keep their web pages high-performing, and aligned with their business goals. As their Web Project Manager, you’ll be the operational engine behind the execution of new web pages and updates across our client’s WordPress site. You’ll manage a wide range of digital projects—from campaign landing pages to main website pages—by collaborating with cross-functional teams like product marketing, demand gen, design, and content. You’ll also triage and manage a steady flow of smaller web requests to keep things moving efficiently.

This role does not require coding—just a strong eye for detail, experience in CMS workflows (especially WordPress), and a get-it-done attitude.

What You’ll Do

  • Own end-to-end project management for website builds and updates (landing pages, event pages, campaign hubs, etc.)

  • Coordinate across marketing, design, and dev teams to ensure projects launch on time and on brand

  • Manage the web request queue, prioritizing and tracking smaller- to medium-sized updates from internal stakeholders

  • Upload and organize assets (images, files, copy) within WordPress

  • Perform light content QA to ensure pages are working as expected (links, layout, SEO requirements)

  • Support large SEO rollouts by validating implementation quality and functionality across pages

  • Communicate project status, blockers, and updates clearly with stakeholders

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years experience in digital project management, ideally in a startup, tech, or SaaS environment

  • Comfortable managing multiple web projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong understanding of WordPress or similar CMS platforms (no coding required)

  • Excellent organizational, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills

  • Sharp attention to detail and a strong sense of ownership

  • Familiarity with web production tasks such as uploading content, QA testing, and asset management

We look forward to hearing from you!
